Doesnt matter if its over rated. people still play it no? still only takes 10 seconds to find a game, and in general, its a good game. maybe not the best, but its still great.

I agree, it's your average shooter, yet some fanboys will try rape your face if you refuse to put it in a genre of its own. I feel alot of the fans ruin the game.

In terms of games, i don't play racing games, and i'm fairly picky in my FPS... I play most every other genre. I'm fairly big on the Atlus brand, the FF titles, Soul Calibur, Zelda, God of War, StarFox, and Fire Emblem.
Currently i have 94 games, 2 are N64, and the rest are PS1+
I had about 50+ for the N64 and preN64 systems but they were stolen(along with every system) a while back while people were helping us move.

I hope they do go ahead and make another Conker's Bad Fur Day, and/or the sequel.

Wow, Conker's Bad Fur Day... Thats a game me and my brother used to play for hours, i haven't played it in years... as you can guess its one of the missing titles.
I loved that one mini game where one guy trys to reach some gates and the other has to try and kill him from a tower before he gets their... i was allways stuck being the guy who was running.

Well,halo is not for everyone.Some find it stupid and overrated,others great,good etc.Personally halo and half life(all) are my favourite first person games.Yes COD and Crisis are a nothing in front of these two.I also love strategy,Rpg.Action,andadventure games.So much.

My tihing with Halo is its got that old school weapon system, a bunch of weapons on the map, like they did in the old days, before you spawned with a weapon etc.
That and sci fi shooters I just generally like better, more then just bullets, you know?

Reminds me of the classic game, Goldeneye.

Halo's okay, I just think it's a graphics over gameplay thing personally

You become desensitised, anyways, and it means nothing to you after a few games.

The biggest turn off for me is the auto-healing... it ruins the bigest part of the game, challenge.
I like the idea of having less health then someone and trying to work around that, also the idea of trying to kill multiple times with one real life... not some super healing shit.
(i tryed the game a few times, and if someone could tell me their was a way to turn off that setting, then i might be willing to take a second look at it.)

Its not really THAT simple. Your sheilds recharge after a while of no combat. If youre in a fight, theres no chance of recharge.

Alot of games moved away from the health system, because fact is, you DO recover, Not one guy walking around with 1hp for an hour, and magically a bullet to his foot and he dies, sorta thing.

And never forget, the game is completely different online once your level is up. Cause when you just play here and there, you have a low level, and youre only versing people who play here and there, so its a totally different experience to playing with people who play it often.

And yeah, it reminds me of Golden eye, cause you start with a mediocre weapon, and you find the better weapons on the map, when you die, you start again with the mediocre weapon.

Its a game thats fun online, basically

If anyone plays Halo online, or any Xbox game for that matter

Uhh...

I got 44 kills in 1 life (42 headshots) as a Sniper in TF2 once. The reason it wasn't more was because our team lost the match (still didn't die though! lol!

HALO also has one of the greatest to ever be created,and one of the most beautiful soundtracks.

Also.Check out ODST if you don't want to recharge fast Twisted Evil

And you were supposed to be a supersoldier not a simple soldier as in ODST.

Unreal Tournament 3 is by far the most competitive in online gaming. Halo fans get bent out of shape when something threatens their ego. For example, check out n4g's comments on anything related to Uncharted 2. Xbots literally become delusional and flip the hell out. Uncharted 2 is a clearly superior game to the Halo franchise. If you don't agree, you either haven't played it or are in denial, because even bungie agrees. And if you think I'm biased you're wrong because I used to play Halo A LOT. It was a great game in Nov. 2001, but I keep seeing the same game reproduced, copy and pasted, if you will. Its a sad thing that Xbots can't just go ahead hop off their Halo high horse and enjoy something fresh instead of staying in their little comfort zone.

I don't really care if I offended any of you, but that's the truth.
