I have computer studies too, and I'm absolute bottom of the class(together with the bloke i'm sitting next to) I just spend the whole hour playing dumb internet games & have no idea what the teacher is on about

how the slapping working out?

Im getting better the way i was doing it before and im also getting better with the "thumb parallel to the string" thing. (i think i spelled "parallel" wrong)


EDIT: i dont think the thumb parallel to string think isnt working out all too well. I gpt better but i cant get that "ringing" note without slowing down alot. I think im gonna go with the thing i was doing before, but i will do the"keep your elbow "level" with the bridge" thing though

I also am going to start wearing my bass maybe 5 inches lower.

A question came to mind when i was read this, which i probably should have asked earlier. When DTL said "keep your elbow level with the bridge" what exactly did he mean by level?
