Counterpoint
Well recently I've been working on creating more interesting lines and one way of doing this that I came across is called counterpoint. I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with this and can offer some tips. I'm starting to figure it out but some help would be great.

Re: Counterpoint
Is that when the bassline is opposite to the melody or something? I think this song has an example of it at around 2:20
Sadly I don't know any more than that, I'm quite interested in knowing more though

Re: Counterpoint
That's pretty much my understanding. From what I gathered if the key is C and the guitarist is playing C G C the bass could G C G or E C E or any other different interval
