Active Pickups and Their Batteries
What can you tell me about them, the type and consumsion?
Thanks!
PS. I am planning in investing on an ESP LTD Viper 104 Bass, which has active pickups and I'd like to be informed!
Thanks!

Re: Active Pickups and Their Batteries
My active bass has a 9 volt battery, I'd imagine it's the same for most if not all other active basses.
...I don't really know much else, other than it'll probably need to be replaced after around a year and a half-2 years (or it could be half a year, seems to vary a great deal) have passed.

Yes this model uses 9V battery also, as I see in the feat! Thank you ^^

Re: Active Pickups and Their Batteries
Apparently some active basses use two 9v batteries instead of one, I'd love to hear what they sound like!

I think it uses only one, but I will make a sound recording for all to hear, since there arent many sound demos of this bass online...!
Thanks Pippynip!
