48 hours

Say you were to be locked in a room for 48 hours and you have to listen to one song for the entire duration. Just sit and listen. No sleeping or anything, just two full days of listening to the same song over and over and over again. Which would it be?

Normal level. Just loud enough.

Something lengthy, that had lots of different changes, so I wouldn't get bored.

Maybe Lateralus or Aenima by Tool.

Then again, i'd be pretty wired after 48 hours as they are heavy songs. I might need to just chill at some point.

Maybe stairway?

Nah, sod it. I'm going for the easy option. Something classical and mellow.

Not that I'm a fan of classical music. I just reckon that would get me through the hours.

I wouldn't want to choose a song I love, and then end up hating it!

anyone of my own songs lol. not that i think im great or anything but when you produce and mix your own music, you tend to have it on repeat for hours on end anyway, making adjustments and such.

I'd either go with Cygnus X-1 by Rush or a piece of classical music. Probably Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture - the only classical piece I've really paid any attention to, disregarding stuff like Canon or Für Elise.

I agree with Dman that it'd have to be lengthy with many different changes. So (assuming the sound system is awesome Razz ) I'd go with Mirror Of Souls by Theocracy.

Good choice. But it would make it even better if she was in the room playing it to you.

Difficult to decide my song......

It would be Bach's Toccata e Fugga in D minor (I think its minor).
