If you ask, you are probably still a beginner
There are no real levels, it's just a matter of how capable you are. There are no levels like in language courses or such...

I know more techniques than I have fingers on my hand. I play 18 instruments, practice about 5 per day, bass being every day. I've played in jazz bands, celtic folk bands, classical bands, metal bands, hardcore bands, progressive bands and currently play in an electronic metal band. - I still consider myself a beginner, because there's always a wealth of things to learn! The day will never come when there isn't something to learn!

I suggest that you don't fuss yourself with characterizing your skill level, you might just end up stressing yourself out.
Check out Dman's lesson tree, work through that and you'll get an idea of where you are at!
