This is one you should all check out if you haven't already. Its a tableture/ music notation program that people write songs into and really has helped me move forward with my practicing. Also great to experiment with and record riffs that just pop into your mind that you don't want to forget. If anyone has any questions Id be more than happy to answer them

Question, doesn't it cost like $50 or something? Is it really worth that?

I've used the complete version of it and I would say it is if you're into composing but don't have people there with you all the time, it is a really strong program.

It's a bit of a headache off the bat if you aren't familiar with your standard notation, but it's a good place to learn and use it.

Lets keep this a secret, but I pirated it Mad and Yes, he's completely right, the learning curve is equivalent to the inside of Dolly Parton's Bra. But really, I don't even use it for composition, I just use it to get my timing down on certain tabs and learn the music notation equivalent of some tabs. If you dont mind getting it off a torrenting site then you really have nothing to lose.

I have a collection of 23,000 or so guitar pro tabs for various bands etc. Not all have bass, not all are accurate or complete etc. etc., but it's not bad for a short download Smile

You'll need winrar!
