band assistent

Hey i have just join to a new band and all of us know how to play good but not togther we play alot of metallica songs but its just sound messy what should we do whats the problem?

If you guys haven't been playing with each other long, that's probably it. Just spend time jammin' with them

Plus if all of you listen and lock in with the drummer you should all be in time with each other anyway. Also another thing to consider is tone. Try to get a tone for each instrument that doesn't interfere with others. You'll have to experiment with EQ and use your ear for that though
