Unique Basses

Wich shapes of only basses have do you like?

For ex. guitars have Flying V's,X's,Sg's,LP's and stuff.Let's post the bass shapes that rock.

Alembic Exploiter (Gibson Explorer-ish) used my the one and only John Entwistle.

The Wood & Tronics Zoid is pretty weird (in a good way)

The alembic explorer and the thunderbird are also very cool though some improvements could be made to the thunderbird (convert it to a fenderbird, et voila!)

That Fenderbird is so F--king sick. The pickguard is awesome where did you get that picture.

I'm sorry for being honest but most of these guitars make me want to throw up

I love the one that murphy posted. LEDs.... LEDs.... I want LEDs in my bass

I'd imagine that's something that has to be done at the manufacturing stage though. Am i rite?

I have know idea how it was made but its the bass Phil Lesh was playing on the last dead tour

When Scott Reeder from Kyruss was auditioning for Metallica on Some Kind of Monster, he had LED's in his bass, and it was restrung to that the E string was furthest away from him.......twas awesome

absolutly agree with both those statements, im an out there sorta guy i like differnt things then the norm, but those, well there just ugly, and i know it only comes down to personal preference but it has to be said they are just pure ugly
