you wouldn't mind playing something a little harder? Hysteria by MUSE would be good as it is a very popular piece to play for GCSE coursework. So even though I do not do the course it will care for a fairly large amount of people

Actually one suggestion I have for lessons is to include the tabs on Dmanlamius.com in the lesson tree or on the site somewhere for the video lessons you do. I love watching the videos and following along to learn the riffs and play a new song and try new things, and I often find myself trying to watch the video the first time through noting out a tab and then rewatching it, trying along to the video and have the tabs as sort of practice or by memory to get a feel for the rhythm in the song.

I second this.

I'm up for this, definatly.

But my problem is that I don't really have the time to do it!

So, if anyone wants to tab the lesson for me, then go ahead. I'll then put that alongside the vid lesson at my main site, and will, of course make people aware that it was tabbed by you guys.

You know rock/hard rock...

no point doing an AC/DC bass line, most of them are just 1 simple note played over and over again, a Rolling Stones bass line sounds like fun Smile

well. I wish i'm writing in the right topic.

Could anyone post some jazz walking bass lessons?

i'm studying walking bass for six months. I know how to walk on easy songs like "Autumn Leaves" or "All of me" but once i've finished the whole chord progression for the second time i must stop because i lack of ideas.

the question is: how do you play the same chord progression for four or five times without playing the same notes?

I was actually planning to do some video lessons! Very Happy Expect to see some in the very near future (within the next few days, maybe even today)

You don't need to change what notes you play, it's up to the treble instruments to keep interest with their solos. At jazz band, I usually play the same thing over and over, and it still sounds great Very Happy If it ain't broken, don't fix it. I will elaborate on things that you can do if you are getting a bit bored, though. Stay tuned! Smile

I would love to learn some songs by The Jam, would that be, in any way, shape or form, possible?

Will we ever see lessons of more of DMan's solo songs? I'd LOVE to see a lesson for "Down Here".

Hey i have an idea (sorry if somebody already said it or if it already has been made) Well my idea is some lessons on different kinds of music. Like how you can tell the differences between kinds of music, how its traditionaly played, and maybe a riff to practice for each different genre.
