dude i have no clue how to play to note right after each other and there right underneith each other HELP!!!

pinky on one string and ring finger on the other works better fo me, I think.

I'm learning Los Angeles Is Burning by Bad Religion at the moment, and the intro uses the 3rd fret on the A string followed by 3rd on the D string, and I just put my index finger on the A string and my middle finger on the D string. Index finger is kinda in the middle of the fret, and middle finger is more to the right.

sounds good ill give it a try playin this rhcp descration smile bass line kinda hard for me but im gettin the hang of it

Ah no, with that song you'll want to do what lololiet said. Make a chord shape, index finger on the 7th fret, ring and pinky on 9th. I wouldn't keep all the frets pressed down though, play normally, just using that chord shape.

yeah i use my middle and ring finger to play those notes not too good with the pinky yet and i need that bass line this month so cant rink it with a pinky i never use but thats how i was pkayin it in the first place but im getting better at it tho thanx
