All there songs are straight 8 eighth notes really, not hard at all. Fun to play though, cause you can just mess around while playing

You haven't heard of Blink 182?... They were like the biggest Pop/Punk band of the 90's. And they just recently got back together after breaking up some time in 2000, but I think they are just back together for the money, pisses me off really.

Anyways, here is a few of there videos. They really liked to screw around back in the days of their old albums, when they were younger too you could say.

This was the music of my childhood really. Never really knew what they meant by all the sexual jokes and what not back then, but now it's all so funny and awesome haha.

I think he thought QFT was a band name, Garth. As did I for a moment. Lots of good times in my teenage years, blink reminds me of that a lot.

Tool songs. The hardest part about using a pick is getting a rhythm down to the point where it's more precise than your fingers - it's really what a pick is good at besides tremolo picking (quick, consistent playing on one string.)

I recommend Schism as the song itself is easy after you get the feel for it down. Just about every song has something unique rhythm wise, but some songs get obscenely awkward to play. Just look and see what you like. Sober isn't hard either.

The Pot is a good example. It took me a hot minute to wrap my head around the timing on that one, and I didn't use a pick.

When all you want to practice is non-stop playing endurance for your right hand, just play a Ramones song over and over again until you can't play anymore! That's seriously how I developed my two-finger alternating in the beginning, and I improved dramatically within three days.

ill start learning amon amarth as soon as i get my 5 string bass
i cannot be asked to tune/restring or play an octave up XD

Just play it in standard,that's what i do anyway.Trust me no difference at all.

yh but the songs that i like (pursuit of the vikings) the bass just playes the low B for a long time
i tried playing it on 2nd fret a string and it sounds crap.
but then my bass is crap so it might be that XD

im getting a srx 5 string around christmas (when i get the money) so ima just wait cause otherwise im gonna have to relearn the songs anyways
