Effects ftw Empty Effects ftw

Hi guys
Ive been thinking to buy either a decent effects pedal or a cheap crappy multi effects unit.
its not for any particualr reason but id quite like to play around with some sounds.
any suggestions on what i should get?
also if i buy a guitar distortion/overdrive pedal, will it break if i put a bass through it?

If I where you I'd look into the korg input thingy that dman uses seems to have tons of effects for a decent price Razz

You might want to look at the Zoom B2, for a cheap-yet-decent multi FX pedal. It'll give you a chance to try out all the different effects (distortion, wah, octaver, phaser & more) to see which you like, which sounds good etc Smile

yh i was looking at the zoom a couple of days ago
how much is the korg that dman uses?
i am talking no more than £ 120 ish.
i have no money XD

Quick Google search: Korg PX5D is £160ish and PX4D is £120ish. Dunno which one Dman uses, I think its the more expensive one Razz
