Anyone know any decent tabs or tab sites for Artists signed to Motown or Chess, I can't find bugger all :/

You've checked all the popular ones like ultimate guitar and bassmasta, then try a search on 911tabs (which searches a bunch of websites) stick in a request somewhere otherwise you may have to do it by ear.

Yeah I've already checked those sites, as for doing by ear, I have very little free time to work out the quantity of tunes I want to learn
