Dman-a question.
what would you say your own personal best bass line is? So far-I love the brothers of the green hill-and snow.

Re: Dman-a question.
Hello, Accy. That email ok now?
Well, I wrote about 400 lines in HBM, loads in the liquid fool, and loads in Amber room. My greatest lines were never recorded, I don't think. My all time favs were when I was in Amber room. I could do no wrong. I had a great relationship with the other musicians (who were pretty much the guys from HBM anyway) and wrote some of the best lines of my life.
Unfortunately, not all were recorded. I have a couple, would you like to hear them?

Well here is one of my favs. I didn't upload to youtube, because I'm not in this band anymore, and I didn't want to annoy friends.
It's on my (crappy) myspace page, which I really need to to update soon.
I love this line because it maintains the low, whilst being expressive and a bit unusual. Not one other bass player has been able to replicate what I was doing! There's loads of weird stuff in there. Really odd playing, but it works well. It's low in the mix, so turn your speakers and bass up!

Third song down, "Potrait" by Amber room.

I did turn the speakers up-and can hear the weird stuff!!! My dad (who has been playing in a live band since he was a teenager) says you have one of the best phrasing he has heard for a bass player-i don't know what that means.
I really like it dman.
