Ryan Martinie is by far my favourite

We all know how amazing jaco, wooten, flea etc are.

But I dunno, something about Martinie is just amazing, style, creativity etc.

Prolly just me, though

I was gonna say Les Claypool, Victor Wooten, Tony Levin, or John Myung, but I'm gonna have to go with that guy in Miley Cyrus' band.

Obviously.

Gotta go with the obvious, Flea
His lines are awesome and when the Chilli's play a song live, they play it differently every time, eg cant stop, cant stop Slaine Castle (the best intro) , cant stop Hyde Park (the best solo), cant stop Am.

A couple of photos for you all. I snapped this guy in Bulgaria two years ago.
A free outdoor gig no less! The surrounding buildings have 20 foot portraits of loads of people like Glenn Hughes billy Idol Phil Collins splated on to them. They all play there apparently..... A tiny town just out of Varna. Good night out drunken

Off to see ACDC tonight supported by the Answer. My life is so s**t clown

Cliff Burton and Ryan Martinie

They're both so full of energy with their playing (RIP Cliff).

ICS Vortex from Dimmu Borgir is pretty cool too.

hmm, I don't really know. Flea's good, Timmy C is awesome, Krist Novoselic I love just for his gibson ripper.

I'm better at identifying the bassists that I hate.
