Ibanez GSR 200 for me

I miss my Ibanez!

I tell ya man...you see that Ibanez soundgear I use in all the early vids? That cost me something like £40 secondhand. I did hundreds of gigs with that bass, with no problem at all.

I now have a nice posh Musicman. However, I've only just got it back from the repair shop, because it had a design fault, and I lost the power to my active pick-ups!

Sometimes I wonder...

After pressing several buttons i think im replying....um i use a Yammy RBX270...sounds good, smells amazing, and that's what counts.

Fender Vintage Modified Jazz

All Ive got is an Ashton AB2 starter bass *cries*

It goes suprisingly well, actually. Suprisingly light compared to alot of others ive played.

Dude if you're talking about a squire those are some really nice guitars. The last five years or so squire has really stepped it up and their P basses and Jazz basses rival some brands that are twice as expensive or more.

I'm mainly playing my Fender American 08 P-Bass, that thing is pretty much perfect for me...

Also have a Fender Mexican Jazz, standard, Epiphone Thunderbird & a Stagg BC300 or something? My first bass, still love it

Just started playing about a month ago, DMAN awesome tutorials man. My first bass is the ESP F-104. Looks decent, sounds good, even with my crappy 60 dollar amp. I think i made a good choice going with this bass.

I only started playing 2 months ago so i was looking at getting a cheap starter kit like the GSR200
Until i found my precious..
Second hand Ibanez SRX300 - 6 months old - barely used - mint condition - AU$300 (US$215 or UK$150)
Which is damn good, because everything musical over here in aus is more expensive because we're so far away

it's made by Apollo, and i can't find it on the net, but yea this on is really good for a beginner.

Wow nice basses guys, I got a cheap made in china(seriously) Dean bass that I got in a package deal for $100. It makes noise so thats all it matters for now. Hopefully I can get a new one soon.

Vintage squire.

Well its pretty sad, I only started playing bass about a year ago, and the first bass i picked up was a Fender jazz bass(mexican) and i loved it
but yesterday i picked up a Yamaha RBX 375, let me tell you, that bass is AMAZING. i hate to say it, but personaly i like it more then my fender, but my jazz pal will still get plenty of play time!

Tanglewood Pbass copy, it was my first bass, It plays like shit (never taken it near a gig) very beaten up, the D string tuner is on upside down ala MM but a tuner early and both control knobs have fallen off, so why can't i bring myself to sling it away? Main bass is a RockBass Streamer with a single pick-up and a Stagg EDB 3/4 is in the post and heading my way...... I will let you know how that turns out!

A nasty old Westfield

I got 2 I'm using right now a cirrus 5 string pictured bellow and a fender Jazz bass(mexico).

I'm using some crappy Peavey I picked up really cheap with a broken down guitar amp that I had to fix before it would work. I'm really broke so it looks like I'm stuck with the crappy sound for a while... on the plus side you can learn a ton from having to play on a really crappy bass.
